The first concept

HEAVY SLEEP™ Cement Sack Pillow

You’ve hauled enough cement. This bag is for kicking back. HEAVY SLEEP™ is our take on a familiar job site staple, with a much softer purpose.

We’re working on the first prototype. The goal is simple: make it look convincing and feel comfortable. We’ll share pricing and availability once we’ve tested the sample.

01
Looks like the real thingWorn print, folded ends and the shape of a real cement bag. That’s the look we’re working toward.
02
Soft where it countsWe’re starting with a matte fabric that looks like canvas and soft filling that holds its shape. The sample will help us choose the final materials.
03
Room to get comfortableWe’re aiming for 26 × 16 inches and 5 to 6 inches thick. We’ll confirm the size and construction after sampling.

Cement sack pillow questions

What is HEAVY SLEEP™?

HEAVY SLEEP™ is a Northern California brand working on a soft pillow that looks like a real cement sack. Think worn packaging graphics, folded ends and a bag you can actually get comfortable on.

Is the cement sack pillow available to buy?

Not yet. We’re working on the first HEAVY SLEEP™ Cement Sack Pillow prototype. We haven’t set a price or launch date, and we’re not taking orders.

How big will the pillow be?

We’re aiming for about 26 inches long, 16 inches wide and 5 to 6 inches thick. The final size will depend on the sample.

Does the pillow weigh 94 pounds?

No. The 94 LB marking is part of the cement bag look. It isn’t the pillow’s weight. We’ll confirm the actual weight once we have a finished sample.

What materials will it use?

We’re starting with matte fabric that looks like canvas and soft filling that holds its shape. We’ll confirm the materials, care instructions and whether it can be used outdoors after testing the prototype.
